Wedding Package - Main Terms and Conditions
Our full terms and conditions, are printed on our booking form. The following lists the main terms in 'plain English'.
- A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is required at least 21 days before the wedding date.
- Our wedding package price includes our travel and subsistence expenses within a 35 mile radius of Banbridge, Co. Down. For wedding venues outside this area we charge travel expenses at £20 per hour or part there-of, and accommodation expenses at cost.
- We will supply two videographers for a period of 12 hours to film your wedding day. The usual duration is from 9:00am to 9:00pm. Filming after 9:00pm costs £40 per hour.
- If you supply us with photographs we can include a photograph montage as a menu option on your wedding video. This will be charged at £50 per 50 photographs or part thereof.
- We will produce your video on premium quality DVD's, and provide you with four copies. Output in High Definition to a single BluRay disc is available for an additional £150.
- The highlight video from the DVD will be hosted on our web site for a minimum duration of 3 months. This will be a reduced resolution version specially created for the internet.
- You may provide us with the names and artists of up to six songs of your choice, which we may use for the background music on your video.
- You must obtain permission to film the Wedding Service and you are also responsible for any associated fees for filming at the various locations.
- Wedding videos require copyright licenses for the music content. You are responsible for purchasing your license from www.wvrl.co.uk. You should select all the available options for a 1 to 5 video license, and the cost should be about £28.
- We strongly recommend that you take out Wedding Insurance to protect yourselves as some weddings need to be cancelled and our cancellation charges are as follows. If cancelled over 90 days prior to the wedding date the charge is the deposit already paid. If cancelled between 30 and 89 days prior to the wedding date the charge is 50% of the total agreed cost. If cancelled up to 30 days prior to the wedding date the charge is 100% of the total agreed cost.
- Mercury Vision retain copyright of the goods produced, and you agree that all or part of the produced video may be used by Mercury Vision for promotional purposes.
- Any liability on the part of Mercury Vision will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
- We reserve the right to change our prices, and our terms and conditions without notice. However the terms and agreements on the booking form that you sign will apply for your agreed wedding date.
